The BEP process enhances the credibility of the Visa applicants to a great extent as they are recommended by the Chamber.

Indo American Chamber of Commerce, Ahmedabad Branch can now facilitate corporate and SMEs to expedite US Visa procedures and improve their chances of a passageway to the land of opportunity.

BEP is a programme which facilitate quick US Visa interview and to enhance your chances of getting the Visa. The BEP process enhances the credibility of the Visa applicants to a great extent and vastly improves the chances to obtain the Visa. The facility hitherto available only to large companies that send large number of their employees / officials to the US in now being made to mid-sized and small companies through the Chamber.

The US Consulate will occasionally release additional slots for appointments at earlier dates in the BEP programme and the Chamber can be contacted to know the same. The Chamber advises the member companies to plan their trips to the US well in advance (at least three months before) and take full advantage of the BEP facility.

Success of BEP Programme

The BEP Facility for IACC, Gujarat Branch was announced on 10th April. As you are aware BEP facility is available to only large companies that send large number of their employees / officials to the US in now being made to SMEs i.e. the mid sized & small companies through IACC Chamber. In short, the BEP stamp from the chamber adds credibility for Visa process.

The Business Executive Program is designed to facilitate U.S. – Indian Business relationships by streamlining the visa application process for qualified Business travelers. BEP Companies must be well-established & financially stable. Employees using the BEP Program should be of professional of managerial level, traveling to the US on official Company Businesses.
